The sun is finally out and unfortunately that also means that an influx of ATVs will be out. Each year, Manchester Township Police is inundated with complaints for ATVs driving on public roadways throughout the day and night. Manchester Township Police Department will be cracking down on this dangerous and illegal activity by conducting specialized enforcement operations this summer. These frequent and consistent violators are affecting the quality of life of many citizens throughout the township.

If your community has a problem with ATVs, you can anonymously point us in the direction of the violators on the Manchester Township Police Tip Line (link below).

Manchester Township Police would like to remind all residents that if you are caught riding an ATV on a public roadway or private property without written consent, you will be found in violation of numerous township ordinances and NJ traffic statutes, which could result in expensive fines, ATV impoundment, and issues with your driver’s license.
