Manchester Township NJ – On 06/11/12 at approximately 1130 hours, Ptl. Paul Bachovchin was conducting an unrelated investigation on Potomac Drive when he inadvertently discovered multiple marijuana plants growing in planter pots outside a residence. Ptl. Bachovchin made contact with the resident, Kevin K. Sangermano, age 53 and determined that he was the owner of the plants. Further investigation resulted in the seizure of additional quantities of marijuana and several articles of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Sangermano was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released on summons complaints pending court. Assisting Ptl. Bachovchin at the scene was Ptl. Jason Wiener.
