A Manchester woman was arrested as a result of several complaints about suspected drug activity at her Commonwealth Boulevard residence.  Members of the Manchester Township Police Narcotics Enforcement Team (N.E.T.) conducted a consent search of the home which resulted in the recovery of quantities of Suboxone and drug paraphernalia associated with heroin use.

On Friday, September 23, 2016, at approximately 2000 hours, narcotics officers made contact with 50 year old Eleanor Reardon, of Commonwealth Boulevard, Manchester, regarding the complaint.  A consent search of the home was obtained where a quantity of Suboxone and numerous items of drug paraphernalia, associated with heroin use, were seized.

As a result of the investigation, Reardon was arrested and transported to Manchester Police headquarters for processing.  She was charged with possession Suboxone, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needles.  Bail was set at $5,000.00 and she was later transported to Ocean County Jail in default of bail.

The Manchester Township Police K-9 Unit and members of the Patrol Bureau also assisted with this investigation.
