The Manchester Township Police are looking for assistance in locating 16 year old female, Eminy Strand. Eminy Strand has been missing since 8:00 pm on Friday, October 20th. She is described as a black female, 5’06” approximately 100 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Eminy was wearing a red tee shirt, khaki pants, and black sneakers. Eminy Strand resides in Jackson Township, off of Whitesville Road near Toms River, however she was last seen in the Cedar Glen section of Manchester Township where her grandmother resides.
