On 08/04/2013 Officer Joseph Hankins responded to 613 Pemberton Street in Pine Lake Park for a reported theft of an ATV. The owner advised Officer Hankins he was leaving for vacation and loaded his ATV on the trailer at 10:00pm the night before. When the owner woke up at 07:00 am, he noticed that ATV was missing from the trailer. Officer Hankins observed tire impressions in the grass leading from the trailer and onto the neighbor’s property. The impressions stopped in the roadway of the 1200 block of Sixth Ave. The stolen ATV is described as a blue 2013 Polaris RZR S800 with orange graphics. The ATV is said to be valued at $15,000.00 and was later entered into the National Crime Information Center (N.C.I.C.) as a stolen vehicle.
