Jordan Quigley, the juvenile reported missing from Manchester earlier this week, has been located is being reunited with her family.
Originally, Jordan did not attend school on Monday, Oct. 6, and was last seen in Poughkeepsie, NY, that day at 8:30 p.m. She had packed a suitcase and left her residence with a note to her parents.
On the night of Thursday, Oct. 9, the 17-year-old alerted family that she was in Washington, DC. Police there were contacted and picked her up until family could retrieve her Friday morning
The Manchester Township Police want to thank everyone who brought attention to this case, including all those who “shared” our missing person Facebook posts, and the numerous media outlets, colleges and police agencies in New Jersey, New York and beyond that distributed the information.
The incident remains under investigation, and because it is a private family matter no further details are available at this time.
