The Manchester Township Police Department is pleased to announce the implementation of Body Worn Cameras. Body Worn Cameras will be worn by all officers while performing law enforcement-related duties.  The BWCs shall be positioned on the outer most garment in the upper torso/chest area for uniformed personnel and shall be positioned in the area of the waist belt for plain clothes personnel. 

The attached photos are of the current Body Worn Cameras employed by the Manchester Township Police Department and show examples of where the BWC may be worn.  Body Worn Cameras will be used in accordance with New Jersey Attorney General’s Office Directives and the Manchester Township Police General Order.
