With the start of the school year, we’re pleased to introduce a new team of officers who are working to protect Manchester Township’s students!

In addition to our new SRO Victoria Raub, who previously served in the Patrol Bureau, two Class III Officers, John Zupan and Henry “Rick” Pasqualini, have been assigned to work throughout all Manchester Township schools. Class III Officers Zupan and Pasqualini previously served as Police Officers who recently retired from their municipal departments following exemplary careers. As sworn members of the Manchester Township Police Department, they will maintain the same high standards of training as all officers.

“Improving school security through the addition of these Class III officers was a collaborative effort between the School District and Police Department,” said Chief Lisa Parker. “Superintendent Trethaway and the school administration continue to work with us to achieve the common goal of providing students with a safe learning environment.”

SRO Raub, Officer Zupan and Officer Pasqualini are looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of the students in the school district. We wish them, the teacher and students, a safe and productive school year.
