Congratulations to Patrolman Christopher Cerullo on being named the Renaissance Shields Officer of the Year!
The organization, whose members include retired law enforcement and emergency response personnel in the Renaissance community, honored Patrolman Cerullo during their annual dinner this past Sunday. As School Resource Officer, Patrolman Cerullo takes a proactive approach to his work, whether he was organizing and participating in the “The Bully vs. The Badge” wrestling match, or creating, organizing and administering the first Manchester Township Police Youth Academy. These events play a key role in fostering strong community relations among the parents, students, and police officers in Manchester Township.
Patrolman Cerullo, who was recently awarded the 2015 Manchester Township Police Department Chief’s Award, was accompanied by his family, Chief Lisa Parker, and Detective Sergeant Christopher Hemhauser.
