Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Arrest for Drug Paraphernalia

On Monday December 31^st 2012, Brick Township resident Joseph Yannon (age 22), was stopped by Ptl. Joseph Reilly for motor vehicle violations. During the stop and investigation, Yannon was found to be in possession of several articles of Drug Paraphernalia.   Yannon was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was processed and later released on a summons pending court.
