The Manchester Township Police Division is currently looking for a missing person, Deborah A. Kelley, age 47. Deborah A. Kelley was a resident of the Fresh Start Group Home located on CR 539 in the Whiting section of Manchester Township. Deborah A. Kelley reportedly walked away from the group home on Sunday, December 30, 2012, at approximately 0930hrs. Deborah A. Kelley was last seen wearing a black jacket, pink and gray shirt, black jeans, and black and pink sneakers. Deborah A. Kelley is 5’02”, 147lbs. with blonde hair and hazel eyes and may have gone to the Manahawkin area, the Little Egg Harbor area, or the New Gretna area.
