A 56 year old patient of the Fresh Start Group Home, located in the Whiting section of Manchester Township, was reported missing/endangered on December 18, 2012. Richard B. Heydorn was last seen at approximately 5 p.m. and is believed to have walked away from the group home. He is described as a white male, approximately 5’09”, 181 lbs., blue eyes, blonde hair, light complexion and was last seen wearing a black jacket, khaki pants, black shoes with a neon orange reflective trim and a black backpack. Mr. Heydorn may demonstrate violent tendencies if encountered so anyone coming in contact with him should use caution and contact local authorities immediately.
