On 03/12/2013 Manchester Police responded to 75 Eleanor Road in the Renaissance development for a reported Burglary. Ptl Robert Maccaquano discovered an open window located on the rear patio. It appears that after the Actor(s) entered the residence, they went into a spare bedroom which was located at the end of the hallway. Various rooms were ransacked and a total of $2219.00 in cash, jewelry, and property were stolen from of the residence. According to the homeowners, the incident occurred sometime Monday night while they were sleeping. The Ocean County Criminal Investigation Unit processed the scene for evidence. Ptl. Maccaquano and Det. Jupinka are currently investigating the burglary.
The Manchester Township Police are urging residents to call if they see anything or anyone suspicious in the area. Residents are reminded to lock the doors and windows of their home and vehicles.
