Members on the Manchester Township Police, Patrol and Investigations Bureau’s, are currently investigating several forced entry burglaries which have occurred in the Pine Lake Park section of the Township. The suspect(s) are using a pry tool to force entry to the exterior doors of the residence, including sliding glass doors. A composite sketch is attached of a possible suspect who was attempting to force entry to a sliding glass door when he was observed by a witness. The suspect then immediately fled the area. The burglaries are occurring in the daytime when the suspect(s) believe the homes are not occupied. Police are asking residents to remain vigilant and call the main police number (732)657-6111 if they observe any suspicious person(s) in the area. If you have a home video surveillance system and observe any recorded suspicious activity report it to the police. If you believe you can identify the suspect in the composite sketch please notify the police. Residents are urged to keep all their doors and windows locked, including your vehicles.
