On Saturday, April 27, 2013 at approximately 4:35 pm a 17 year old juvenile was injured after striking a tree while riding in the woods behind the Kincora Buck Hunting Club located off Pasadena Road. The 17 year old male suffered a serious lower leg injury and was flow to Jersey Shore University Hospital in Neptune, New Jersey by MONOC Paramedics. The 17 year old, who resides in Columbus, New Jersey, was operating a 2009 Honda CRF 250X Dirt Bike at the time of the crash. He was wearing a helmet, goggles, protective gloves, and a chest protector at the time of the crash. Assisting at the scene was Quality Medical Transport, Paramedics from MONOC. This crash is under investigation by Patrolman Antonio Ellis of the Manchester Traffic Safety Bureau.
